Management Visits Accommodation
In January 2012, our General Manager, Mr. Tarek ElSakka, along with his Management Team organized dinners at Dubai & Sharjah Accommodation in order to meet with DRC employees from various departments and discuss their wishes, concerns and to collectively celebrate DRC’s 2011 achievements.
DRC’s accommodation population was treated to dinner by our new catering company, Intercat, who will now be providing improved healthy meals to our accommodation employees at the same previous cost, as DRC partly subsidizing the meals to ensure they continue to be affordable to all.
Mr. Tarek ElSakka took questions from employees relating to commission structure, improvement of accommodation facilities, new food catering at accommodation, faster internet at accommodation, among many other topics covered.
The HR Department has received very positive feedback about these visits, and will be organizing a similar such visit in Dibba for Dibba and RAK employees, 2nd week of February.
The entire Management Team is committed to improving life at DRC, and as such you may look forward to further such efforts and communication meetings whose aim is to make the Management Team accessible and in tune with the needs and wishes of its employees.
