Key Account Manager
Role: Develop/secure new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory/market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with a marketing promotional calendar that drives performance related CDSs. Growing volume and share within the key accounts channel. Manage and implement strategic government lead sponsorships to guarantee ROI.
Territory Development Supervisor – 2 positions
Role: Develop profitable new business and grow existing customer base by selecting, coaching and training the territory team (sell through others). To be the voice of the territory customers within the company.
Accounts Development Representative – 2 positions
Role: Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts within the Territory. To support the Customer Representative in growing accounts, by selling new distribution and programs. Manage the development of specific Regional Accounts within the Territory.
Key Accounts Executive
Role: Develop and secure new business opportunities with the individual accounts within the territory/market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related CDAs to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel
Customer Representative
Role: Responsible for selling and delivery our products and services to bear directly on our customer’s needs.
Merchandiser
Role: Call on all the assigned customers and ensure that Pepsi brands are effectively merchandised in all selling areas.
Finance Manager
Role: Direct and coordinate all operational and financial activities in DRC including Budgets, Accounts, Cash, Credit Management, A&M, Inventory and Payroll.
Call Center Coordinator – 2 positions
Role : To effectively answer all customer queries, log the query on maximizer and either resolve the query directly or forward it to the correct department in DRC and provide a follow up service to close or conclude each query.
