Job Summary
Support key work by compensating for execution failures in daily operations and facilitating unplanned work.
Provide relief coverage across the territory.
Principal Responsibilities:
Handling Daily Operations
- Print LPO’s and ensure the availability of the products through the Product Availability Department.
- Ensure coverage of all routes; running emergency routes when necessary.
- Supervise 100% SKU load for each CR.
- Manage commission templates and attendance reports and submit to HR on a monthly basis.
- Hire, train, and motivate temporary helpers.
- Coordinate vacation and sick leaves for all customer representatives within the territory.
- Follow up on pending payments.
- Supervise department vehicle checks by CR’s and helpers.
- Monitor routes daily through Locate Plaza.
Providing Territory Support
- Maintaining excellent customer relations and customer service.
- Supervise CR market execution.
- Provide routing and file maintenance support, including FOC slips and credit note copies.
- Check daily sales report to monitor the monthly sales performance.
- Keep a daily out of stock report.
- Ensure selling tools and point of purchase material is available with all CR’s.
- Coordinate completion of identified resets, special events and equipment delivery as and when it is needed.
- Execute Marketing Support Funds provided by the K.A.E, such as credit notes and FOC slips, with finance department.
- Keep track of fridge allocation and ensure proper usage by customer.
Tracking Measures and Conducting Problem Solving
- Resolving cases as sent by the call center.
- Identify recurring problems for continuous process improvement.
- Attend to customer needs and complaints in a proactive manner.
- Report complaints on a case to case basis to KAE.
- Actively participate in problem solving process.
- Take initiative to solve issues in alignment with KAE.
- Ensure the collection of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per the company’s direction.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- University diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing front-line employees.

IT Engineer Technical Support (Male)
Responsibilities:
· Handle service requests
· Monitor incident details, including the Configuration Items affected
· Conduct incident investigation and diagnosis (including resolution where possible)
· Detect possible problems and the assignment of them to the problem management team for them to raise problem records the resolution and recovery of assigned Incidents
· Monitor the status and progress towards resolution of all open Incidents
· Be part of incident and problem management process
· Keep the affected users informed about progress
· Responsible of resolution on all HHT (Hand Held Terminals) issues and coordinate with technical team for the major problems
Requirements:
· Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
· Min. 3-4 years of relevant experience
· Able to communicate effectively with the user and peers pertaining to problems and activities
· Moderately high level of analytical ability necessary to collect and examine technical data from a variety of sources, and to offer solutions
· Excellent interpersonal skills required to work with staff to explain and resolve difficult technical situations, and to communicate company technical goals
· Skill of advance to complex troubleshooting in the desktop environment
· Advanced understanding of the fundamentals of network and desktop/laptop/ administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.
· Basic knowledge in Networking Hardware - Cisco Routers, Switches & Firewalls, 3COM Switches and network protocols -TCP/IP, PPP, RIP and OSPF
· Good knowledge in Windows Server environment specially the windows 2003
· Good knowledge on Email configuration and user setup.

Assistant Project Manager (Arabic speaking)
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure the effective achievement of projects in line with Company requirements. Ensure that the cost, timeline, scope and safety measures in all the assigned projects are met at all times
Principal Accountabilities:
Planning the Projects
- Assist on project feasibility study and agree on development objectives with Senior Project Manager. Translate this into a project brief
- Prepare and update the project schedule with timelines and tasks to be completed
- Assist in developing project budget. Track and monitor the project budget strictly
- Research vendors/suppliers’ capabilities; identify a pool of candidate vendor/suppliers for the project consideration.
- Assist in value engineering and cost reduction undertaking
- Prepare and administer all tendering documentation for contractors
- Assist in ensuring that required contracts are prepared with consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.
- Track, manage and control the consultant in the process of concept/preliminary design phase, detailed design phase and tender documentation phase till the final submission of each stage. Coordinate with the consultants and review designs to ensure conformity to project specifications.
- Manage the liaison with relevant Statutory Authorities and Utility Providers (DEWA, Municipality, Civil Defense, EHS, Etisalat, RTA, Sewerage Etc)
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimize DRC exposure and risks on project and endeavor to guard against defects and deficiencies in works. Appropriately align senior management of any such risks.
Supervising and Managing the Execution of Projects
- Supervise and manage all the post award participants on the project – be it consultants or contractors/ vendors and to ensure their activities are in accordance with the approved drawings, contract specifications, method statements, quality and schedule.
- Attend to all site related matters including but not limited to mobilization, safety, quality assurance and proper execution to the word of contract.
- Assist in managing and negotiating all necessary contract changes as required throughout the duration of the contract.
- Supervise the installation and the construction tasks, start up and commissioning in coordination with the consultants/suppliers as per the agreed schedule
- Arrange meetings between the consultant and the suppliers and the concerned departments to solicit feedback and the proposals on the progress of the project.
- Ensure that all required inspections and tests are carried out and all permits are available for works and all safety measures are taken during the job execution
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Resolve escalated day to day services, material delivery and performance issues in relation to the contracts
- Review and comment/approve on deliverables and interim payment certificates prepared by project team before passing to senior management.
- Monitor and track budget expenditure is in accordance with the projections. Raise any variance and proposed corrective actions with the senior management
- Monitor all pre-commissioning checks and witness commissioning tests. Monitor progress of any remedial defects liability work and the release of retention monies.
Reporting and Project Documentation
- Effectively review and communicate project progress, prepare appropriate periodic progress reports as needed by project management team. Ensure they are in adherence to project specifications and schedule.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Ensure systematic and organized documentation of both soft and hard versions of project related drawings, documents and correspondences.
- Monitor the consultant’s/contractor’s progress in collecting permits, licenses, certificates and the like from the Authorities and advise on corrective action in case of delay.
- Ensure that the regular project reporting system is in place.
- Ensure all necessary hand over documentation are delivered such as but not limited to O&M Manuals, As Built Drawings, Warranty documentation, Inventory documents etc.
- Ensure that the contractor/vendor provides all warranties and guarantees required in accordance with the construction contract
- Assist in preparation and evaluation of Contractor’s/Vendor’s final accounts and review of final payment application and recommend for settlement
- Assures data entry and computer activities related to projects division are done to fulfill Company IT/MIS system requirements, such as but not limited to, preparation of system PR, follow up for system PO, follow-up on payments , preparation of system GRNs etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- University degree with relevant project management experience preferably in food and beverage industry with 3-5 years

Machine Operator
JOB SUMMARY:
Operate and basically maintain all production line machineries, in a good mechanical, hygiene and safety standards
Principal Accountabilities:
Being Responsible for Production Line Machineries
- Start up and shutdown all production line machineries as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Perform the basic maintenance for the machines.
- Follow all the safety measures of the machine during the operation and the maintenance.
- Keep the machine in the area around it clean and tidy.
- Keep record of raw material consumption, job requirement, breakdowns and raw material specifications.
- Assure the quality integrity of product and appearance.
- Assure proper coding.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or high school
- Experience on filling and packaging machine in beverage industry not less than one year.
