Key Account Executive (Arabic Speaker-Female)

 

·        Responsibilities include developing/securing new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory/market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related CDAs to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel.

·         Work with the Key Accounts Manager to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards (presence, product, promotions and pricing).

·          Sell targeted new accounts.

·          Identify and lock potential new accounts

·          Establish/negotiate and lock plans into CDA in line with company policies and budget.

·         Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.

·          Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.

·          Communicate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.

·          Ensure pricing guidelines and merchandising standards are fully executed.

·          Ensure successful compliance of BPTs (WEKA&CDF).

·          Managing financial settlements and ensuring the consistent collection of payments.


 
Paralegal (Arabic Speaker)

 

·         Support and assist Head of Legal Department with correspondence, memoranda, preparing meeting minutes, following up with external lawyers and official departments and other corporate and commercial legal documents.

·         Responsibilities also include scheduling of appointments and meetings; responding to routine inquiries; reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy; English and Arabic legal translations, maintaining corporate records, including meeting minutes, filing and general record-keeping and other duties as assigned.

·          Assist in drafting General Assembly and Board of Directors minutes of meeting.

·          Coordinate and follow up with external lawyers regarding our cases.

·          Follow up with all the governmental and official departments.

·          Respond to routine queries, review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy.

·          Prepare a weekly report for the management with the update of Legal Cases.

·          Handle proper filing of legal documents, contracts and meeting minutes.

 

Production Machine Operator

 

·          Operate and basically maintain all production line machineries in a good mechanical, hygiene and safety standards.

·          Responsible for production line machineries

·          Start up and shutdown all production line machineries as per manufacturer’s recommendations.

·          Perform the basic maintenance for the machine.

·          Follow all the safety measures of the machine during operation and maintenance.

·          Keep the machine in the area around it clean and tidy.

·          Keep record of raw material consumption, job requirement, breakdown and raw material specifications.

·          Assure quality integrity of product and appearance and assure proper coding.



 Customer Representative (CR) (10 vacancies)

 

·         Have complete responsibility regarding sales volume development and customer service delivery for the assigned individual accounts and for bringing Pepsi products and services to serve directly the customer’s needs.

·          Selling and displaying excellent customer service.

·         Sell and execute all authorized products, packages, packages and promotions by displaying excellent customer service over an established route to regular customers.

·          Solicit and sell all marketing equipments.

·          Obtain the best selling position in the account.

·          Solicit new opportunities and source Territory Development Supervisor’s support against these opportunities.

·          Merchandising.

·          Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and is responsible for regulation rotation.

·          Fill and rotate all the shelves, displays and equipments in alignment with Pepsi-Cola standards.

·          Properly price products.

·          Utilize point of purchase (POP) material.

·          Delivering and collecting the payment

Merchandiser (4 vacancies)

 

·          Call on all the assigned customers and ensure that Pepsi brands are effectively merchandised in all selling areas.

·          Providing Service to all the Accounts as per schedule.

·          Provide service to the assigned accounts.

·          Establish and maintain good customer relations.

·          Ensure safe vehicle operation (if applicable).

·          Perform the standard call process during all the store visits.

·          Maintain records including route cards, rt. book, etc. 

·          Handle all the customer requests in a professional manner.

·          Follow up on all the customer requests to assist the customer representatives.

·          Follow-up  and execute all the promotions communicated for the key accounts.

·          Merchandising in line with Pepsi Standards.

Key Accounts Manager (Male)

 

·         Protect Pepsi market share, for specific accounts by developing business programs supported with performance related CDAs.

·         Maintain and develop existing and new key customers for Organized Trade, through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

·          Develop and Keeping up-dated an Account Plan

·          Prepare the business plan for the key account management.

·          Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.

·          Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

·         Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution and identify high performers.

·         Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

·         Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

·          Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where appropriate.

·          Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.

·          Planning/carrying out/supporting Local Marketing Activities Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.

·         Work with BU CD function to develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing and equipment

·          Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per CD guidelines.

Water Treatment Operator

 

·          Responsible of operating water treatment machineries in all its stages, as per PI recommendations and with the highest hygienic standards

·          Assure that water is being filtered and disinfected before it passes to production.

·          Assure that all tests are performed as per PI procedures.

·          Assure that all tests are carried per frequency mentioned   by PI.

·          Assure that filter back wash is done on daily basis.

·          Assure chemical treatment and water used in utilities is according to specification. 

·          Assure the proper annual maintenance and changing of filter media as per PI recommendation. Assure the cleanliness of water treatment room and facilities at all time.

 

Storekeeper (Finished Goods) Production
 

·         Responsible for the physical inventory, organization, maintenance and control of the finished goods in line with production and responsible for promotional products receipts

·         Conduct the daily physical inventory of full goods and preparation of daily stock reports and report it to the reporting Supervisor. 

·         Assist/facilitate end of month stock checks with warehouse supervisors & Accounts and provide all transactions for the month for the reconciliation purposes. 

·          Ensure all the damaged goods from trade returns and during production are accounted for and segregated for repacking and assigned to the warehouse helpers.

·          Ensure availability of statistics for the load in/load out of all finished goods to support the reconciliation.

·          Organize and maintain all warehouse filing/records related to stock reconciliation.

·          Coordinate loading of all sales orders with warehouse helpers and forklift drivers in accordance with instructions of the warehouse supervisors.

·          Ensure safe operating practices during loading/offloading of all finished goods in accordance with the safety standards of the organization.

·          Check the volume & check randomly for all promotion product receipts from DRC or from any other location, whether the promotional requirements are fulfilled from the production perspective i.e. check the tags, whether premiums or coupons are there by checking randomly. 

·          Scrap finished goods (expired & damaged) in co-ordination with QC & Finance.


 

Executive Assistant to CFO (preferably with Finance background)

·          Provide full secretarial service to Chief Financial Officer and to the whole inance department.

·          Provide high-level administrative support by preparing management reports, handling information requests, ensuring coordination among operational divisions, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging calls, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

·          Performing day to day secretarial jobs in compliance with Dubai Financial Market and ESCA requirements.



 

EMIRATIZATION: 

 

 

 Emirati Call Center Agent (2 vacancies)

 

·         Responsible of effectively answering all customer queries, log the query on Maximize and either resolve the query directly or direct it to the correct department in DRC and provide a follow up service to close or conclude each query.

·          Defuse highly charged customer complaints in a helpful and professional manner.

·         Operate a logging system for sales, itemizing a call, the nature of the query and the action taken. Forward the logged sales calls to the relevant individuals for prompt action.

·         Follow-up on all logged cases with both customers and with the internal support arms – MEM, Finance, Sales, Plant, Admin and closing complete cases.

·          Log all orders for maintenance and repair jobs for MEM and follow up with the individuals concerned for prompt action.

·         Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, capture the data and provide weekly basis call reports Answer any query regarding premiums redemptions.

·          Provide call reporting and case closure reports as and when directed .

Emirati Procurement Supervisor

 

·          Responsible for compiling information and keeping records to draw up purchase orders for materials and services.

·          Assist and support purchasing supervisor.

·          Preparing Documentation and Keeping track of the purchase requisitions and purchase orders, import shipments .

·          Preparing shipping documents for clearance.

·          Raise LPR and GRN for clearing agents .

·          Take the printouts of the purchase orders after approvals.

·          Fax all the purchase orders to the suppliers.

·          Forward a copy of the purchase order to the requesting department.

·          File all the purchase orders in a systematic way.

·          Coordinate and arrange raw materials production trials for new suppliers .Send and follow up of CAPAR to suppliers .

·          Get the quotes for some items. Monitor the sale of scrap items.

Execution Executive

 

·          Assess the modern trade execution team as per the merchandising standards.

·          Ensure CDA compliance and implementation by outlet, monitor the accuracy of promotional recourses allocation, evaluate & assess CDA performance, and recommend execution solutions to support volume and share across MT channel.

·          Ensuring daily market execution activities

·         Visit on daily basis certain number of outlets to check the execution done by the merchandiser’s/CR’s and identify the gaps in each of the execution standards criteria (Plannogram, SKU availability, Stock rotation, Price sticker).

·          Recommend effective execution solutions to support volume/share/MC initiatives

·         Prepare a daily market visit report and present it to the NSM in order to update the execution team with the execution status vs the standard measures in the visited outlets.

·         Ensure the proper implementation of modern trade activities in terms of promotions, launching new products, and other ad hoc execution requirements (ex: new POPs).
